Two Year Limited Warranty

Your VEER | TBG Cruiser/Switchback is warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years, and your Veer Accessories are warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year, from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.

This warranty is not transferable and extends only to the original retail purchaser and is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase.

PLEASE RETAIN PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

The warranty is valid only in the original country of purchase. This warranty is subject to the conditions set forth by country in which the items were purchased. Conditions may vary. VEER will not ship replacement or repair parts out of the country of purchase.

VEER will provide replacement parts or conduct repairs as determined fitting by the company. VEER reserves the right to exchange item with a replacement part. Some parts may be replaced with newer model parts as the Cruiser is improved over time.

Your Cruiser requires routine user maintenance

  • Regularly check all connecting hardware (rivets,screws, etc.) for tightness and security.Inspectbrake, wheels and tires and replace or repair asnecessary.
  • Check all safety devices, locks and harnesses forcorrect and secure operation. Never continue touse a product that is structurally unsound.
  • Only VEER replacement parts should be used. Itmay be unsafe to use parts supplied by anothermanufacturer.

Please note that a repair issue will NOT be covered by this warranty if:

  1. The issue is caused by misuse or poor maintenance.
  2. Please refer to the instruction booklet for guidance on the VEER Cruiser, Accessories use and maintenance.
  3. Damage is caused by improper installation of VEER parts and/or accessories.
  4. Please refer to the instruction booklet for guidance on VEER Cruiser, Swithcback, Accessories assembly and use.
  5. Damage is corrosion, mold or rust caused by lack of maintenance or service. Damage is due to general wear and tear, which is the result of everyday use or negligence. Damage is caused by sun intensity, sweat, detergents, damp storage or frequent washings.
  6. Repairs or modifications are carried out by a third party.
  7. VEER Cruiser or Accessories are purchased from an unauthorized retailer. Approved retailers are listed on the dealer locator at goveer.com. Veer Cruisers is the only authorized retailer on Amazon.com. There are no authorized retailers on eBay.
  8. VEER Cruiser or Accessories is second-hand.
  9. VEER Cruiser or Accessories is damaged as a result of an accident, airline or freight damage.

Where do I find the serial number on my Veer Cruiser?
You will find the serial number printed under the front seat of your Veer Cruiser. You will need the serial number to register your cruiser.

How do I register my Veer?
You may register your Veer online or by completing the registration card that was included in the Explorer Handbook inside the Cruiser, Cruiser XL, or Switchback box. Click here to register your Veer.
