Your return or exchange must meet the following criteria:

• Returned items must be in brand new (unused) condition with all tags attached and the original packaging included.There must be no pet hair, glitter, stains, odors, or other product damage.Apparel must be in unwashed and unworn condition.
• Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 90 days of the purchase date.Products must be received at TBG's facility within 30 days of return authorization.
• If you received your TBG items as a gift, we gladly accept Gift Exchanges with valid proof of purchase from Tacticalbabygear.com
• Please note that all sales are final on Closeout Items, Coffee, and Bullet Proof Panels. Returns on these items are not accepted.
• Qualified exchanges will be processed free of charge, except for original shipping costs.
• Returns for refund to the original payment method will incur a small return shipping charge.
• Shipping costs associated with the original order are non-refundable and all returns and exchanges are less any shipping cost paid on the original order.
• Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs on Cruiser, Switchback Stroller, Seat or Stroller Frame due to the size and weight. Please email us at support@tacticalbabygear.com for return authorization on these specific products.
