JR. Graphic Designer - 3+ YRS EXP

This position requires commuting to our Bluffton, SC headquarters.

Qualifications

  • We’d like it if you love what you do: Advertising or graphic design Bachelor’s degree with an understanding of how organic content, PR, email marketing, and social media marketing interact and support the overarching brand initiatives and goals.
  • Must walk to the walk: 3+ years of experience in a Junior Designer and 3+ years in the creative/design field with an agency or marketing organization delivering high-end creative.
  • Must talk the talk: Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and MAC OS
  • We take pride in the work we do: Ability to work autonomously; self-sufficient and personally motivated to deliver excellent work and results.
  • Must be capable of juggling when the circus comes to town: Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask during busy seasons.
  • We like those that work hard and play well with others: Ability to work in a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Keeps calm when in the drop zone: Can work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude with humility and a sense of humor.

Responsibilities

  • You gotta actually get creative: Develop and deliver a wide array of design concepts and outputs including digital, print, packaging, web, experiential, storyboards, and video concepts; lead with creative solutions; work to ensure that content supports brand messaging and product promotion goals.
  • You will need to keep an eye on how all that creative work progresses: Manage creative content development from start to finish and work closely with the media team to ensure content is optimized for performance.
  • It takes two to tango. Sometimes three or four even: Work with other members of the media department to evaluate company needs and create visual elements for campaigns.
  • We want you to shine in the spotlight: Create and present creative concepts, provide creative/campaign updates, receive feedback and present the final creative campaign.
  • Who doesn’t love a good team sport?: Collaborate with the operations department to create effective campaigns based on inbound new products/inventory.
  • Get crafty with a calendar: Establish personal timelines and meet deliverable dates for each phase of the campaign within those parameters.
  • Why would we want to keep you in a box when there are so many more ways to think outside of it?: Troubleshoot creative and workflow problems as they arise.
  • Capable of crafting some pretty prose: Copywriting skills that can meet brand voice and tone are preferred.

Content creator - 5+ YRS EXP

This position requires commuting to our Bluffton, SC headquarters.

Qualifications

  • We’d like it if you love what you do: Film and Television Bachelor’s degree with an understanding of how organic content, paid content, and social media platforms interact and support the brand initiatives and goals.
  • Must walk to the walk: 5+ years experience filming and editing videos with an agency or marketing organization delivering high-end content.
  • Must talk the talk: Fluent in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Audition, Google Suite, and MAC OS
  • We take pride in the work we do: Ability to work autonomously and see a project through from filming to final deliverable; self-sufficient and personally motivated to deliver excellent work and results.
  • Must be capable of juggling when the circus comes to town: Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask during busy seasons.
  • We like those that work hard and play well with others: Ability to work in a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Keeps calm when in the drop zone: Can work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude with humility and a sense of humor.

  • You will need to keep an eye on how all that content progresses: Manage content development from start to finish and work closely with the media team to ensure content is optimized for performance.
  • It takes two to tango. Sometimes three or four even: Work with other members of the media department to evaluate company needs and create content for campaigns.
  • We want you to shine in the spotlight: Create and present concepts, provide progress updates, receive feedback and present the final deliverables.
  • Get crafty with a calendar: Establish personal timelines and meet deliverable dates for each project.
  • Why would we want to keep you in a box when there are so many more ways to think outside of it?: Identify and capitalize on social trends, but also develop a consistent style for TBG content.
  • Organization is everything: Ensure files are organized properly to enable team members to easily access content.
