Beav has tried several times in the past to get into a regiment of "healthy" eating and working out, but with a busy schedule, 2 kids, and a second broken leg late last year, going to the gym has not been a priority.

With a new mental preparedness, Beav is ready to get back into gym and give it an honest go.
