Shipping Policy

Orders over $99 (after discounts are applied) qualify for Free Standard Shipping - USA Only.  Orders placed before 1PM EST, typically ship same day (Mon-Fri).  Delivery times can vary depending on the service that you select and the destination.  Generally, our standard shipping can take 3-8 business days for delivery and USPS Priority mail is typically a 2-3 day shipping service within the USA.  However, please be advised that as stated by the carriers, displayed delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.  If you require a guaranteed delivery date please select the “1 Day Delivery (Mon - Fri)” or “2 Day Delivery (Mon - Fri)” shipping option at checkout.

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account Icon" link at the top right-hand side of our website to track your order’s status. You will receive a shipment notification when your order has shipped and the tracking information should update within 24-48 hours of shipment.

*If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us directly to discuss weekend delivery options that might be available.

**Please note: Delayed delivery due to "acts of god", e.g. weather conditions that are out of our control, do not qualify for shipping refunds on expedited shipping methods.  

***International Customers - We currently ship to over 25 foreign countries! During the checkout process you can add the items that you are interested in, select your country and add your complete address to view several different available shipping options based on weight and destination. Please note that shipping quotes provided at checkout are live rates with no markup for handling but do not include foreign taxes or customs duties. 

International Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase and a minimum delivery time of 15 business days (excluding U.S. Holidays) should be taken into consideration, as International borders and Customs could delay the estimated delivery time.  International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your country’s Customs Deptartment upon arrival.

When ordering, the recipient of the shipment is the Importer of Record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.  Please note that we do not collect duties or taxes, and as smart as we are, we cannot predict what your charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information on the fees or taxes associated with your respective order.
