How do I return my product?

If you purchased an item directly from TacticalBabyGear.com and would like to return it within 90 days, we can issue a refund or store credit (less any shipping cost). There are NO restocking fees, but return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Returned items must be in perfect, unused condition. Please email support@tacticalbabygear.com with your order number to receive detailed instructions and a return authorization number (RMA). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and do not guarantee a refund.

All refunds are issued at the discretion of Tactical Baby Gear, LLC.

I received the wrong product.

What is your exchange policy?

If you purchased an item directly from TacticalBabyGear.com and would like to exchange it within 90 days, we can make the exchange free of charge. Return shipping costs for the exchange are at the customer's expense. Items for exchange must be returned in perfect, unused condition. Please email support@tacticalbabygear.com with the order # to receive detailed instructions and a return authorization number (RMA#). When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for details on an item’s availability. Please note most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account Icon" link at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order’s status. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items will ship as soon as TBG receives sufficient inventory. Once your order is placed, TBG will contact you regarding the expected arrival date of your backordered item. We strive to keep accurate information on any product page with a backordered item(s). If you have any questions please contact customer support at support@tacticalbabygear.com.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting payment information. Add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and prices once you enter your shipping address.

How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?

To purchase a gift certificate for someone, click here. If you are the recipient of a gift certificate and would like to redeem your gift certificate, simply apply the gift receipt code during the checkout process.

How do I find my product?

Where are TBG products made?

We’ve partnered with military-grade factories overseas that produce goods of the highest caliber to meet our expectations and those of our customers. These partnerships allow us to make high-end bags and accessories but more importantly, they allow us to offer the most competitive pricing to our loyal clients.

How do I navigate the site?

How do I use a coupon?

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom and/or right side of the shopping cart enter your coupon code in the box provided.

How do I create an account?

1) Click the "My Account" icon link at the top right side of our site.
2) Click 'Create Account'.
3) Enter your first and last name and email address.

Next, follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your private information is NEVER sold to any other company. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account Icon" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

I forgot my password.

Click the "My Account Icon" link at the top right-hand side of our site. Under the login box, click the "Forgot your password? Click here" link to receive an email with your password.

Pricing and Billing

Do I have to pay sales tax?
 
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our offices - South Carolina.

I have a question on my charges.

Click the "My Account Icon" link at the top right-hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. Please contact customer service with further questions or concerns at support@tacticalbabygear.com.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Click the "My Account Icon" link at the top right hand side of our site to find receipts/invoices for all your orders. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance - support@tacticalbabygear.com.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits may take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged immediately upon clicking the 'Complete Order' button during the last step of the checkout process.
