U.S. Return & Exchange Policy:
The terms in this section apply to U.S. orders. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, the EU / EEA Right of Withdrawal section below applies in addition to these terms and, where anything conflicts, takes precedence.

Your U.S. return or exchange must meet the following criteria:
- Returned items must be in brand new (unused) condition with all tags attached and the original packaging included. There must be no pet hair, glitter, stains, odors, or other product damage. Apparel must be in unwashed and unworn condition.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 90 days of the purchase date. Products must be received at TBG's facility within 30 days of return authorization.
- If you received your TBG items as a gift, we gladly accept Gift Exchanges with valid proof of purchase from Tacticalbabygear.com
- Please note that all sales are final on Closeout Items, Coffee, and Bullet Proof Panels. Returns on these items are not accepted.
- Qualified exchanges will be processed free of charge, except for original shipping costs.
- Returns for refund to the original payment method will incur a small return shipping charge.
- Shipping costs associated with the original order are non-refundable and all returns and exchanges are less any shipping cost paid on the original order.
- Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs on Cruiser, Switchback Stroller, Seat or Stroller Frame due to the size and weight. Please email us at support@tacticalbabygear.com for return authorization on these specific products.

EU / EEA Right of Withdrawal (and UK)
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, then in addition to our standard 90-day returns policy above, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
- The 14 days run from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. For an order delivered in several shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
- To withdraw, email support@tacticalbabygear.com with your order number and a clear statement that you are withdrawing. You may use our model withdrawal form, but you are not required to.
- After you notify us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
- You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
- You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any reduction in their value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
- We will refund all payments received, including standard outbound delivery (if you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of our standard option). Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of being notified. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are personalised or made to your specification, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or goods that deteriorate rapidly.
This right is separate from your rights if a product is faulty. If an item is defective, contact us so we work with you per our Warranty Policy.
Customers in the United Kingdom have equivalent rights under UK consumer law.

Tactical Baby Gear operates in alignment with our returns policy, Vision, and Values when processing returns and asks our customers to do the same. We inspect all returned products and reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet our listed requirements. Other restrictions may apply. All refunds and exchanges are issued at the discretion of Tactical Baby Gear, LLC.
