What Can I Expect When Going into Labor?

April 21, 2017 1 min read

Labor.

For those getting ready to have their first baby, it can be terrifying, and the weeks leading up to it are filled with questions. How far apart are contractions before it’s time to go to the hospital? What if the water breaks? What if you or your partner needs to be induced?

As Beav plans for the Epic TBG Baby Shower for his friend Mike Taylor at Keybar, he stops by with just five days to the due date to help answer some questions. Beav’s been through it twice (granted, his wife did all the work) and he’s seen it first-hand. The agony of Pitocin (used to induce labor), the precision of an epidural (a shot of pain killer right to the spine done during labor) and the joy of bringing a new baby into the world.

It’s a scary time for first-time parents, so check out the video for a few pointers and some advice from a dad who’s been there in this special edition of AskTBG.
