Your S-1 Tactical Stroller is warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years, and your S-1 Stroller Accessories are warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects for the life-time* of the product from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.
This warranty is not transferable and extends only to the original retail purchaser and is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase.
PLEASE RETAIN PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
The warranty is valid only in the original country of purchase. This warranty is subject to the conditions set forth by country in which the items were purchased. Conditions may vary. TBG will not ship replacement or repair parts out of the country of purchase.
TBG will provide replacement parts or conduct repairs as determined fitting by the company. TBG reserves the right to exchange item with a replacement part. Some parts may be replaced with newer model parts as the S-1 Stroller is improved over time.

If your item qualifies under our warranty please email us at support@tacticalbabygear.com. Please provide photos and a description of the issue along with the order # / proof of original purchase. We will work diligently to address the claim and provide further instructions.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to get the product into Tactical Baby Gear’s possession to begin the warranty process once a claim is authorized. Any warranty claim must be received at Tactical Baby Gear’s facility within 30 days of authorization by our claims department.
Tactical Baby Gear is not responsible for items lost in transit or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using trackable shipping services like UPS or FedEx that also offer insurance.
This warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser and/or original gift recipient.

*Lifetime – This term refers to the normal lifespan of the product and it’s materials. Please note that while only the very best materials go into our products, all materials degrade over time due to use and exposure to the elements. A product’s actual “lifetime” is directly related to how the item is used and cared for not necessarily its age.
**Defect - A defect exists if a new item is received from Tactical Baby Gear that does not function or appear as it was intended to. Defective items (buckles, fabrics, etc.) or workmanship (seams, construction, etc.) are absolutely covered by our Lifetime Guarantee.
***Wear and Tear - This term refers to damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Moving parts such as buckles, zippers, velcro can wear out and fabrics will deteriorate and fade over time. This type of damage is not considered a defect but normal use.
