Please be advised that these labels are required provisions in the Child Safety Protection Act. As implemented by CPSC require labels on packages of balls, balloons, marbles, and other toys and games intended for children at least three years of age, warning against choking hazards. That said, our Tactical Teddy is not intended for children under 3 to handle unsupervised. Also, please be advised that all features on our Tactical Teddy, such as arms, legs, eyes, etc are all sewn on and does not have any choking hazards.
